We're all going to have robo partners in the future. At work, at least.
The future worker will be working side-by-side with advanced technology, supplying the human soft skills that machines cannot learn or perform. Human skills will be very important. Our kids are learning them in liberal arts colleges, but college administrators are out of step when it comes to showing their students how to apply them in the workforce of the future.
